Blog Post #3 - True and False Conversion, March 25, 2022

Well, hello! So glad you’re back. That makes me really happy. How did you enjoy last week’s challenge? What was something new you learned listening to Hell’s Best Kept Secret? I loved the putting on the parachute analogy and the doctor explaining the disease before the cure. I found great wisdom in how Jesus interacted with the Rich Young Ruler and the fact that “The Law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul.” I almost laughed out loud when Ray Comfort said, “before I was a Christian, I had as much desire for righteousness as a four-year-old boy has for [a] ‘bath’.” I have learned so much from this dear brother over the years. I hope you do too!

Jeff and I are going to continue our video story from last week. If you missed it you might want to go back and take a listen and then head on back here!

This week’s challenge is to listen to Ray Comfort’s second (and final, for now) foundational message, called True and False Conversion. CLICK HERE This sermon has been so helpful to me in my walk with the Lord. It’s uncovered quite a few mysteries for me as well. And it’s helped me to serve people who may think themselves to be Christians but may not yet be. What a joy to serve these dear ones. Be aware, if you listen with children in the room, there is one very violent and upsetting story. And like last week’s challenge, this one is just over an hour so you may want to plan accordingly. Also like last week, you can scroll down to read the transcript.

If you like what I’ve shared, please like and share as well! Hope to see you next week.

Grace and peace.
